The Teacher Leadership program is a great catalyst for positive change at MFL MarMac. The vision of the TLC plan is to attract the best possible teachers, to retain newly hired teachers, and retain the veteran master teachers, to promote extensive collaboration among teachers, to reward professional growth, and effective teaching, and to improve overall student achievement.
